Mostly for regulars. I used to go there when I was in college over fifteen years ago and this place hasn't changed one bit (even the posters). The owner is very good with kids. If your Korean and want your boy to get a clean and simple cut, this is not a bad place to go. She always gives something to eat to my son, so that he doesn't cry. She only takes cash (sometimes she asks for 15 sometimes she asks for 20) so keep that in mind.
