Customers praise the store's knowledgeable staff, particularly a designer named Megan. Reviewers highlight Megan's ability to understand their vision, provide helpful guidance on color selection, and offer expert advice on color transitions between rooms.
However, some customers have noted that certain staff members can be less helpful and assume customers have extensive knowledge about paint types and sheens. They suggest a more patient and educational approach to customer service, especially considering the presence of a competitor nearby.
