We are very pleased with the final construction and quality workmanship. There were quite a few schedule delays (total of about 3 months) with the construction because of supply issues with various materials. However, they communicated well and kept us informed of the delays and schedule impacts. Overall, we would recommend their services.

Heartland took down my old garage and built a new two car garage. Andrew and Chris were excellent during the planning and design process and that carried through in the building phase. They’re excellent in communication and follow through on their promises. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend them.

My daughter and her husband recently purchased a home in Highland Park that did not include a garage. After several quotes and recommendations, they decided on Heartland Garage Builders. Heartland did an amazing job! Everyone was very pleased with the quality of construction and the efficiency and professionalism of the workers. The area was quite small, but the two stall garage has so much room, thanks to a great design. We highly recommend Heartland Garage Builders! They will do a exceptional job, at a very fair and affordable price.
