First time getting a facial at Hand & Stone and I had a great experience! Both the receptionists were very nice and walked me through the check-in process. The rooms were clean and relaxing. My esthetician, Danielle L., was super knowledgeable and skilled. She made sure to ask if I was comfortable and what my areas of concern were. I felt amazing during and after my hydration facial. I highly recommend getting a facial with Danielle L., and I will definitely be back!
The spa experience and process is completely new to me. However, after receiving a gift card for a facial at Hand & Stone, I must say that I will be coming back for their services! The front desk receptionist (whose name I believe was Marcus) was quite kind and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns about the facial. Love Hand and Stone! I had a fabulous massage with Michelle. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff was very welcoming and happy spirited , the manager Jamie was so wonderful and sweet! She explained everything in great detail and made the experience a breeze! Definitely will be coming back and recommend to everyone to go check them out! Can’t wait for my next treatment.
