I absolutely love my experience at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Northbrook! I have been dancing here for 5+ years now. The atmosphere is fantastic and welcoming for dancers of all levels and abilities. The studio organizes great dancing parties and special events that provide the perfect opportunity to meet new friends who share a love for dancing. The instructors are hard-working and truly passionate about their craft. The schedule is incredibly well organized, making it easy for me to plan ahead to attend classes, coaching sessions, and special events. I have been dancing at Fred Astaire Northbrook for over a year now, and this studio is phenomenal! The instructors are so dedicated and passionate towards dance, and they are excellent at explaining even the most complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. The atmosphere is positive, lively, and fun, and there are many opportunities to dance at each level - socially to competitively. The instructors are all kind, warm, welcoming, and humble, yet all very accomplished and amazing dancers and teachers who emphasize fun and a high quality of dance. The staff is very professional and they really know how to teach and dance. They are professional dancers who have won a lot of awards over the years. It is kind of expensive but it is well worth the money. I am learning a lot for a person with 2 left feet. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
