An exceptional experience. Staff is at the high end of good customer service with a friendly and professional operation. Dr. Segal's work was efficient and pain free. Could not speak more highly of my periodontal experience there.
Dr. Segal is an excellent periodontist. I have had several surgical procedures that he has done for me. I had no pain or discomfort with any of them. Dr. Segal explained everything to me before the procedures and during the procedures. Dr. Segal and his whole staff are very thoughtful and caring. Dr. Segal always calls the evening of the procedure to see how I am doing and his staff calls the next day to check in and see how I am feeling and if I have any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Segal.
So far, so good. In process of prepping for implant. It's very expensive, but not out of the norm for an upper molar. Everyone is kindly, patient and very helpful. Dr. Segal is professional, diligent and pays close attention to detail. He also listens to patient feedback and offers professional recommendations to resolve dental issues. I recommend this practice.
