I was dreading today because I knew there was a good possibility we would drive all the way there, experience a major meltdown, and end up having to leave before actually getting the service. But Brenda was a superhero! She didn't let his whining and crying stop her. Brenda has everything to make these kids feel special - iPad, toys, lollipops, the works. Despite my son screaming the entire time, Brenda was able to make him look great for the holidays. It takes talent to cut the hair of a screaming child sitting on mom's lap, but she managed to do it within 10 minutes. When we got in the car to leave, he said "I liked her."
