Manager & Cashier were very nice and helpful. I signed up for the credit card but there were system issues and she gave me the discount anyways. This happened ofcourse after the store closed (figures 😆) and they stayed late to help me...card in the mail 🔥 Very good.

I needed a dress for the symphony last weekend- they had amazing deals here! There weren't very many options left, but I'm sure that was due to the nature of the deal. It was a pink tag deal of buy one get one free and I got two absolutely gorgeous dresses that fit me like a glove! I was very satisfied with my purchase!

The lady at the cosmetic department gave me great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and recommended some great products for my skin. Overall JC Penney has alot to offer at competitive pricing.
