Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very generous in answering questions for me and leading me down the best path.

I had my heater go off at 4am. I thought I’d be calling an office number and leave a normal voicemail. Not the case. Mike texted back instantly…… at 4 am!! Set up an immediate service, was on time, confirmed I did not need a new unit, showed me what to look for and taught me about my heating unit, then helped me change the filters and minimally charged me for the ASAP service. Could not recommend this guy more. I will be sticking with Icon in the future!
