I'm reluctant to say. But sharing is caring! I am very satisfied. Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what ya gonna get. It shouldn't be that way. But it is! I'm still ecstatic I LOVE MY HAIR! She did exactly what she said she would! Starting with being on TIME!

Lauren definitely has some skills, but overbooking, and a lack of communication on the subject of hair, lead to her making bad decisions with highlights, which did substantial damage to my hair, and created an unwanted appearance, that I had to fix by cutting my hair off. Whenever I need my hair looking spiffy I look no further than this salon that's only a mile or so from home. Excellent, friendly service, not to mention that the haircuts I get are AMAZING! I used to hate my hair but Kathy made me love my hair. I love coming here every so often and getting my hair done. Top-notch job!
