I want to commend this great company for a job well done and specifically the dispatcher Carmen. Ms. Carmen is always helpful and courteous whenever I call about questions for my dad's rides. She is kind and patient with us. Without this company, my dad would not be able to get to his appointments safely and On time.

I had a great experience with Freedom 1st Transportation. Kim is the best. She will try her best to accommodate u on making u have a ride when needed. My last ride I had to 2 different people for pick & drop off and I had no complaints. I recommend this transportation company.

My friend pat is very happy with freedom first. She has many friends that she highly recommends freedom first. The driver is so nice and helps pat as things are needed. Not to mention telling her friends who to call.thanks so much!
