Terrible experience. I was in town for a wedding, so dropped off a 3 piece suit to be pressed on Friday morning. I was told it would be ready by 6pm that night. I went in to pick up Saturday morning instead, but was told my suit was not ready. Confused and frustrated since the wedding started in 2 hours, I asked where it could be. They told me that thier machine had been broken, so my suit was sent to the other location. They still had me pay the full price, even without providing my suit, and had me drive 10 minutes to pick up at the other store. I arrive to the other store and my suit has not even been started. Very disappointed. Been going here for several years 10 years plus) spent hundreds — probably thousands - and did not receive a refund. Had sets of business casual pants brought in for press only.Items came back with an awful smell. Had to rewash clothes 3 times...yes 3 times to get the smell out.Told me she couldn’t do anything about it- no refund- not their fault.Same day, during pick up, another customer complained about her clothes smelling bad as well. Blamed me on how I wash my clothes.Really! Beware!! Don’t use this cleaners!!! Awful awful awful
