I have been a 10+ year member of LA Tan and have been coming to this location on Lawrence for majority of the membership years. Some excellent years and some.. just not great.. and one bad causing call to corporate.. kinda year.
First time back for the season and it seems some positive changes have been made, like: Consistency with time for last tan.. no matter who is working. Accumulated points can be used for many more products and services. Something about the prorated amount when you sign up mid month.. not sure about that yet as I have not seen total charge for unfreezing my account. I was told I would be charged next month. Absolutely love this salon! There are several LA tans much closer to my house, but none of them can beat this location in Norridge. All the ladies are phenomenal! They deserve raises! I have gone to several other LA tans, and this one takes the cake! The hottest beds & newest bulbs and best monthly specials. Totally worth the 30 min drive to come here. A++++
(P.s. I think it would before helpful if the ladies had some bar height stools to sit on behind the counter. Sometimes, you can't even tell if someone is there.)
The girl who attended me today at 11:50 am was super cute and kind, my first language is Spanish and she still made an effort to help me understand my session. 10/10 for her empathy
