Huge shoutout to the Geek Squad team @The HIP — especially Tim! He did an outstanding job installing my dash cam. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out in less than two hours, and everything was set up perfectly. Tim took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure it was mounted clean and securely. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Another happy customer thanks to the Geek Squad and Best Buy. Was having a little problem with a printer set-up called the Geek Squad and made an appointment they came out to the house and I explained what happened the tech Anthony said .oh I see what you did and within a short time my printer was up and running, thanks to the Geek Squad.

I had to write this.I’ve seen a lot of pretty terrible reviews and I cannot believe any of them.Mo (the manager) and his colleague(I don’t know his name unfortunately) but they were outstanding.Not only did I receive good service but they went above and beyond for me.And that is an understatement. I really appreciate the good customer service that was given to me today. And I hope that the person who has given such extraordinary service read this.Thank you again,I couldn’t be happier with the service.You truly made my day.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.-Megan
