I had a flashback from my experience with Dr. Sheppard after my car accident in 2010, and how she treated me as a patient, googled her and not surprised about her rating. I told her I was in pain and she didn’t believe me, made it seem like I was making it up for financial benefit though my car was totaled and I was t-boned on the drivers side. I went to a different provider as I refused to be gaslit by someone who was supposed to provide care. I see she remains the same in her bedside manners.

I have received amazing care there. I have chronic severe back pain. She and her staff are the first medical team in years that have taken me seriously and referred me to specialists that have helped me tremendously. I highly recommend her and her team.

She definitely isn't like the other doctors I have seen in that office. The other doctors and nurse practioners are very nice and allow you to talk even if you haven't been vaccinated. She was very rude. The only reason I seen her was because no one else was available and I needed antibiotics for an infection. Next time I need to see a doctor if the other ones aren't available I'll go to a prompt care or osf urgo instead of seeing her.
