Dr. Rieger received her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Optometry. In 2014,she became Board Certified with the American Board of Optometry. She belongs to the following associations: American Optometric Association (Member), Illinois Optometric Association (Member), Bloomington Region Optometric Society (Past President, Member), College of Optometrist on Vision Development (Member), Optometric Extension Program (Clinical Associate), and the Ocular Nutrition Society (Member). Dr. Rieger grew up in central Illinois on her family’s centennial farm. After graduating from optometry school, she returned to Illinois.
