Christopher Faubel was extremely cold, no compassion, lacked empathy and unapproachable. He jerked my leg around throwing it into various positions to jam his needle in me. He told me that the needle should not have hurt and my pain was a figment of my imagination, said people only complain about the shock tool and I'm complaining about both. The huge needle that he pushed into my foot, my leg, my back was extremely painful. The needle in my foot was the most painful as that is where it feels like my foot is infected and bruised. It burns, stings, throbs, has knife carving sensations as if someone is plucking at my nerves. He was dismissive of my concerns and told me there was nothing wrong with me when I deal with constant leg, ankle, hip, back pain every day of my life. I do not recommend this team of doctors to anyone.
Dr. Palmer of Ortho Illinois was not the Doctor I expected. Had knee replacement done. Finished at home rehab then went to Athletico for the rest of my rehab this was two years ago. I was in so much pain during rehab that some things I could not do without pain medication which was denied me as he only give pain medication once. His nurse almost accused me of being an addict as a result my knee has never healed I go to bed and am unable to sleep for at least 1 to 2 hours due to pain. Dr. Palmer never once even looked at my knee and I knew I had a problem. Now I have to find another Doctor that can help me. I would not suggest him to anyone. Doesn't even have time to talk to you so you can tell him what is happening.

I was happy with the care I received. This was around October of 2021.Several months passed...no bill. A few more months pas...no bill. I made inquiries to no avail. Still no bill. Eventually I receive a bill and I make a payment. I didn't pay the entire bill yet due to it's high amount. As long as I continue to make payments I'm OK.Now is where the fun starts. I never received another bill. I called. No bill. I called again. No bill. I contacted my insurance to see what the amount of the bill should be,...read full review
