Joe is amazing & the only person I'll ever go to at any nail salon! Literally went there to get a pedicure and did not have my nails done in a while! He did so amazing with my toes that I decided to let him do my nails too! He did extra things that most don't do & he is so detailed & fixes things even when I don't notice!! Have been going to him for at least 6 months now and just recently he talked me into using my own nails since they were so strong and used an acrylic overlay to help strengthen my natural nails! In my whole 35 yrs of life, I have never had nails this long nor have I had nails that stay this strong as they usually are too brittle... read full review

When I went to Kim‘s nails, I was coming in looking for help because the last nail salon I went to had destroyed my nails Joe told me don’t worry we can fix this and they sure did. Him and his wife alone! My nails are beautiful and still are and it’s been two weeks. It was for a celebration of life for my grandmother, and they knew how important it was for me and they took that into consideration And I just will never go to another nail salon personally I think they are the best. And the photo that I posted is one from today so that’s after two weeks of the nails they still look that great

I typically get pedicures at Kim's and I've always had a good experience. Only giving 3 star review today for the following reason. I asked for the fire ice pedicure, I did have a newer younger gal and that's okay but I know I just received the natural pedicure. She had one of the other gentlemen, whom was great with daughter by the way, go over what was to be done but she just performed a regular $35 pedicure still. That's fine if she had never done was, was not comfortable, or didn't do it at all, my toes still look great with the basic. My issue is charging me for the $50 service for the $35 service I received. Make sure charging accordingly.
