I have done business exclusively with Bloomington carpets for over 20 years ( see review) anyway I was severely disappointed with their installers after the last 2 jobs. So I went to Floor’d and met Stephen.
The sales approach was professional and I picked up that Stephen was knowledgeable and completely competent. I picked out a carpet in stock but needed to order the pad that I wanted special. Stephen worked with scheduling as I had a remodel to finish and he was extreme patient and accommodating.
After the job was completed, Stephen called me just to see if I was satisfied even though our financial transaction was complete.
My husband and I recently had engineered hardwood and tile floors put into our home. We are over the moon happy with the end result!! From the very beginning we worked with Addy and are very pleased with the service we received. Addy is very personable, was patient with us while we picked out our wood and tile, plus she did a great job communicating with us during the whole process! We highly recommend Floor’d Concepts and Addy!
