Doug.. John.. y’all are lifesavers!! I would recommend their team a thousand times over. 10000/10. I am writing this review after my second time utilizing their services. First service was a standard cleaning, since we purchased our new home. Second service was Roomba vs poop. Poop clearly won. Doug was on vacation and still took my call!! Who even does that?!? John and Mike were able to squeeze me in the next day. Scheduled for 2pm, but showed up earlier than expected! They were done and gone by 2!! Can’t even tell there was poop! If y’all need any services they offer, this is who you need to use. They exceed expectations.
Extreme clean did a fantastic job on my carpets. I filled out a google form to receive a quote and Doug called me within minutes while he was on vacation to help me get an appointment set up for the next day. Doug and his team were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do prior to starting. I have a puppy who just finished potty training and there were some accidents on the carpets hence why i wanted to get them cleaned. The stains and odors are completely gone and my house smells amazing. They were very efficient and the carpets were dry in just a couple hours. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!
