As a new patient, I didn’t know what to expect. From my initial phone call to the follow up via email with forms to enroll a new patient. My experience has been nothing but 1000% positive. The staff is genuine and compassionate. They are easy to work with. After one treatment round, about 3 months, I am mobile again, able to do things I haven't done pain free for quite a while. Having my post x-ray with doc, I have gained space back in both my L5 and L4. I am extremely grateful I was told about Central Illinois Spine and tried it out instead of surgeries or injections!
