We have a Gas fireplace which was serviced and repaired by Scott. He called before he arrived. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He shared exactly what repairs he was going to do. He finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards and now we beautiful looking and working Gas fireplace. Thank you Scott and Bratcher
