What amazing service, visiting from out of town (Kansas City, Missouri) and stoped in to get pads on my glasses repaired and I was told there was no charge. Super friendly faces A+++++

I got my glasses back in January I have had to go in at least once a month to get the arms Tightened and adjusted. They stripped the screw on one of the arms and cracked my frame .went in today to show them and my glasses are under warranty then this peace of trash told me I had to pay 100 bucks for a new Fram when they are the ones that broke them bard optical is a peace of trash if they broke my glasses why should I have to pay anything at all straight trash karma's a mf and get it out ur mouth it don't belong to .

The glasses I purchased here absolutely SUCK! It feels like a bait and switch. I tried on the frames before purchasing them and they looked and felt fine. Once I received them the quality didn't remotely match. I called in to request a return and spoke with the person who helped me purchase the glasses in the first place. He basically said I picked them out and it was my responsibility. What I picked out doesn't come close to what I received. Insurance covered the lenses at 100% and I paid for part of the frame. The reason I'm being given of why I can't have a refund is because they made my lenses.....why can't they refund me for the part I actually... read full review
