Lowell was great from the moment he arrived to give me an estimate. He was no nonsense and after we agreed on the work, we shook hands. He asked for no money down and gave me a time frame of when the windows would be in after ordering. Within a few days he called and installed the next day. Professional from beginning to end and his prices were far less than another quote I received. He doesn't do complete window replacement, just glass. He even repaired three screens for me.
