Lowell Fouts of Always Clear Glass was recommended to us by Realtor Lisa Lockenvitz years ago. We recently decided that our +/- 35 year old Hurd windows needed some help. We originally thought they would need all new sashes and springs. Lowell and Zachary came our and quickly diagnosed a much simpler fix. They ordered the parts and came back as soon as they arrived. They arrived at the appointed time and quickly & efficiently moved from window to window. Lowell explained various issues as he worked and how we could keep them maintained. What a great experience. We had broken the strings on 2 Anderson double panes windows. Called every Anderson dealer nearby and all they wanted to do was sell us new windows ($$$). Always clear glass was able to repair them. Great communication and a reasonable price. We are grateful!
