My computer had liquid damage, I am from Hawaii, and needed it shipped to California ASAP after it was fixed. They went above and beyond, Cynthia even shipping the laptop after hours. Amazing people, adorable dogs, fantastic service!!
I live 30 minutes minutes away and had been experiencing issues with my Lenovo laptop. I'm self employed as a consultant and no longer have the luxury of corporate IT experts to jump in when technology fails. I called in and explained the issue I was happening and since I was out of town they suggested a few things to try. I immediately did those and continued to have issues so called back and they said bring it in and they'd have a look. I took it to them right away, and within a few minutes they had applied a solution that solved the issue. The issue that was costing me hours of productivity over the last week, they solved in minutes. Would highly recommend!
