I can not say enough about the service we received! This was our first time using this business. We had a tricky situation with a laptop that had my daughters entire portfolio for her BFA at ISU. They not only helped us manage her needs for digital arts class, they helped us problem solve managing the mess from Best Buy protection plan. We were given good advice for future computer needs and he saved the day.Their hours are better than anyone in town, service is exemplary and the dogs are adorable.
