Shoutout to Shawn at A-1 Locksmiths & Security LTD. Our sliding glass door to the patio was installed 20 years ago, and the lock was no longer working. Brand of the door hardware is Hoppe. I called a couple of locksmiths who said they were not familiar with Hoppe locks and turned down the job. Called a door company, too. Door is fine and we don’t want to replace it, but wanted to fix or replace the locking mechanism.

Our sliding glass door lock was not working as expected. After contacting this business via email based on other great reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to get a response back immediately with an offer to be out to our house with 15 minutes!! Shawn was extremely kind, helpful and quickly got our unique locking mechanism back in working order! I greatly appreciate his quick services, expertise and extremely reasonable pricing!
