DO NOT GO HERE!!! BAD BUSINESS Lucky if you get your jewelry back. This should really be a zero-star review. The owner of the jewelry store takes your jewelry for repair and then claims to not know you, even with a ticket he gave when the jewelry was left with him. We have notified the Niles Police who are aware of his criminal actions. This business needs shut down immediately!

Lucky if you get your jewelry back. This should really be a zero-star review. I am unaware why this place Luckys is allowed to stay in business when Niles police know he is committing robbery. The owner of the jewelry store takes your jewelry for repair and then claims to have lost it when you arrive to retrieve your jewelry. He then becomes verbally abusive swearing at the customer. I had to go back three times to retrieve my property with the police. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state's attorney to get this shop shut down. Do not go to this store.

Horrible experience! I brought my ring to get stones replaced. When I went to pick it up I noticed when I got home the stones were still missing. I brought the ring back and he yelled I was a liar! I unfortunately let him have my ring back to fix what I had paid for and when I went to pick it up he became verbally aggressive again, while yelling at me that he didn’t have my ring. I called the police to inform them that he wouldn’t give me back my ring. He had lost it. When the police found my envelope there was no ring inside. I will be following up to see if it is at a “downtown” store. Until then I am upset that I didn’t walk right out when I walked in.
