Love this place my son too I will give a 5 star but we had incident. So we went a Tuesday day don’t remember the time. We weren’t inform that is was disability-kids day. So my son was jumping in trampoline while a bunch of other kids where there. Mind you I see a kids I don’t see special needs all for me that are kids having fun. I only saw one adult white male by himself didn’t informed us “careful the kids might be aggressive”. While my son was jumping I wasn’t there I went to bathroom but my husband stay behind to keep an eye on him. Checking in was quick and easy, staff was really nice. On most of the inflatable bouncy houses you have to be 8 and under which is perfect so little ones don’t get pushed around by older kids. Place was really fun the floors were a little dirty but that’s why they give you grip socks. Sooo many arcade games too. Reviews were pretty ruthless it really depends on the person but this place was awesome only complaints are there were a bunch of teens running around and being violent with each other and no workers were slowing them down and that’s horrible as there were a bunch of younger kids in that area. Great place for kids to let out there energy But place smells like feet but they have coaches to relax for adults while watching the kids play But when this place gets busy be ready for mayhem to unfold
