Jaacks installed my fence 9 years ago. I had a cedar post break at the base. I suspect a car coming around the corner in snow this winter skid into the fence. I called on a Wednesday, May 6 and they came and repaired in less than a week. I knew it would be pricey (as opposed to what it cost for a similar replacement a couple of years ago) but that is on Trump, not Bob Jaacks Rustic fence.
