Good, honest technicians came by the same day when I was getting an error code on my tankless water heater. They were fair and professional. I ended up solving it before he got here, but I still got to interact with Francisco. He took a look and said it was good; I did everything correctly, and he was on his way. The way he handled himself and the fact that he still took a peek to make sure it was correct is awesome. You don't get customer service like that nowadays anymore. I will recommend Perfect Home Service to others, and when I have a problem I can't solve, I know who to call. Thank you again!

Zach was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain every detail of what he was doing, he showed me how do use my thermostat, and he took the time to leave the radiator to check on how it was doing it for no extra charge.
