We called Ed twice for emergency help and we were thrilled both times! When our heat went out and our landlord refused to send someone, he came out on Thanksgiving night. He came out within the hour, hooked us up with a new thermostat, and even wrote the landlord in order to help us! The next time, our April-air was flooding the basement and he came out right away and fixed it. Very happy with his expertise and customer service, and we will continue to use him!

It has been such a terrible winter and our furnace broke down yesterday on a Saturday and it was 55 Degrees by the time we came home and discovered it! Ed was there within the hour, told us we needed a new motor and drove into Chicago to pick it up and we were up and running by 5:15! This was at the end of the day on Saturday! We were amazed but always get quick and excellent service from Air Pride and have been for well over 20 years. We always get good tips from Ed about heating, air conditioning, chimneys and hot water heaters. (and new restaurants to try!) We have 2 furnaces and central air conditioning units and Ed has installed and maintained them and calls to remind us in the fall and spring to set an appointment up to check things out. They are the best!
