We had a major issue with our hydraulic leveling system on our motor home. We called KCR at 11:00 am and even though they were extremely busy they got us in. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and made the repair in a very professional manor. They even power washed the oil off the frame and body. After the wait for parts and the repair, we were back on the road by 3:00 pm. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs.
I couldn't be happier with the work Phil did on my camper. He installed a new A/C unit, and everything turned out great. The installation was clean, neat, and professionally done, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. The absolute best in customer service,problem solving and in depth knowledge of the entire vehical. They diagnosed and resolved a major electrical issue on our RV. The owner searched the country for a hard to get replacement parts and had it shipped in for next day install.
