We recently had the roof on our RV camper completely replaced due to weather damage. Phil was amazing to work with. Phil made me feel so comfortable about the whole situation. He walked me through it step by step answered every question I had. Any repairs that we ever need or service will always go through him 100% recommend
Phil is the best. We were traveling through IL in August, our AC died. We called Kendall County Repair, told Phil our situation, told him we were about two hours out. He told us to come on down. Phil and his crew took excellent care of us. A few hours later we were on our way, nice and cool. Nicest people, and fair. It's about 1,800 miles away, but I'm thinking of adding him as a stop to our trip next year to get a few more things taken care of. If your within a few hundred miles of Newark, IL, and need work done to the RV, this is the place.
I drive all the way from Wisconsin to have my RV serviced. Won't take it anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable, and the owner Phil has never steered me wrong with his advice.
