I see this walmart has had plenty of bad reviews about customer service. The employees here are so rude. So ridiculous it's almost laughable. Management doesn't care about customer service. They only care about profits. I try to avoid this location. The reason the employees are so rude and disrespectful is because Management allows it. Management is just as rude. They set the bar. After my last experience I vow to never return to this location. No wonder Walmart is closing stores.

The girl Bri working at customer service needs an attitude adjustment. About a week ago, there was a long line of people waiting for her to come back from finding a manager. She comes back laughing and texting on her phone. She was still texting and laughing while helping the people in line. Today she just mumbled something to me. I think she actually said thank you this time but I'm not sure.

Place is trash. Walk in tonight around 8pm with my 8YO and an employees smoking weed righ in front between the 2 main doors. My 8YO asking what that smell is. Employees shuffling around everywhere offering zero help. They close one of the front doors after 7pm. Im guessing the trashballs that shop there rob the place blind. Cops out front quite a bit. Sure doesnt feel like new lenox.
