“We have had a very positive experience at this office overall. Dr. Gress has been wonderful throughout my wife’s pregnancy—knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to answer our questions and address concerns. The nursing and front desk staff have also been consistently kind, professional, and helpful. We’ve felt well cared for every step of the way.

The only reason I’m leaving four stars instead of five is because of the seating in the waiting room. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable, with little to no back support and no armrests. Some appointments involve longer wait times, and when you’re pregnant, comfortable seating really matters. During my wife’s blood glucose test, we actually went down to the main level to sit in the more comfortable chairs while waiting for the next portion of the test.

This is a small change that could make a big difference in the patient experience. Despite that, we are very grateful for the excellent care we’ve received from Dr. Gress and the entire team.“

“I went to the Mokena location. The BEST experience in any doctor's office I have EVER had. I am a RN so I work directly with doctors on a daily basis. Wonderful bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable! From the moment I walked in the experience was exceptional. Tiffany the tech was so laid back and easy to talk to. You really need that especially when going to an GYNE! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Pinkard and her staff. This was my first visit and of course I was not looking forward to going in today. I don't think gyne appointments anyone looks forward to. Tiffany went through a thorough health assessment on the computer. She made my time there comfortable and easy. Dr Pinkard came in and was so nice and listened to what I had to say. She answered my questions and took the time with me. I really felt comfortable with her even though it was my first time with her. The exam was the best I have ever had. Very gentle no discomfort whatsoever ever! I am bringing my daughter to see her.
