Love Dr. Greathouse, listens to concerns and is very knowledgeable. I work in healthcare and know several of my patients have had hard to diagnose issues found by Dr Greathouse. She's a fantastic physician
I was finally seen an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Overall slow turn around rate for paperwork. I really like the staff but I can’t make seeing a doctor a day long process.
I started seeing Dr. Greathouse a month ago. I first met with Sandra who is Dr. Greathouse, assistant. Sandra was very attentive. She listened to me and asked follow-up questions. I have never had this type of service with Primary Care of Joliet or the Will County Health Department. Now, I had bloodwork completed in the lab at Silvercross and Dr. Greathouse could not find them. This was not her fault but the lab on the 1st floor's fault. I have waited long periods of time at all other facilities I have went to. So far I have been seen ten minutes after I arrived.
