I went here for the first time last Friday (5/15) and was lucky enough to get Carrie as my stylist. I let her know exactly what I wanted and showed her a picture. I was expecting to get disappointed AGAIN, as no one has ever listened to me. In the 55+years I have been getting haircuts, no one has ever done it right and my hair has always ended up way too short, so therefore I've always chopped it myself. Carrie talked to me throughout the entire appointment and even kindly disagreed with me when I asked if we should go a little shorter. My stylist, Teresa knows just how to cut my hair human cutting my hair for years. I just walk in and check in ahead of time and I’m all taken care of. Very happy with Great Clips.
