Elemental installed our patio 4 years ago - not only did they NOT deliver on what we had agreed to, some of the pavers installed were defective. I have been chasing Mike down for 4 years to no avail. Horrible follow up and would not recommend.
With the start of the pandemic, we felt it was an opportunity to fast-track our pool project. Unfortunately, that also seemed to be other people's plan as well. Like with any other manufacturing in general, there were a lot of delays in equipment. They did their best to work around what they were able to control beyond the pool manufacturer. People have to understand that the pool business is very dynamic and fluid - even more so thru COVID. There's a lot of moving pieces to the puzzle to make it all work. We are were very happy with the work Mike did in the front of our house- Mike really delivered exactly what we wanted and the plants and service were top notch.
