Our entire family, including my mother, has seen Dr. Lancaster for decades. Our grandchild is now seeing him too. We value his services and trust him to always provide us the prescriptions and eyewear we need. His entire staff is pleasant and professional. Can’t imagine ever going elsewhere.

Really love this practice. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Dr. Lancaster was so thorough. Have had problems with clear eyesight for many years now. He was the first one to get my prescription correct. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lancaster has been our family eye doctor for about 5 years and what a surprise to find such a kind hearted Dr. who takes his time. His kindness was shown even more when he took the time to thoroughly examine my mother in law who was visiting from another country and does not speak English, then he didn't even charge us for the exam. Not only is he great, his wife and staff are all great too I love talking with everyone there. I feel this is the way doctors used to be when they actually had time to care for their patients. Don't shy away from the small building across from all the big box stores, this office is truly a gem in New Lenox.
