Charlie and I were very happy with our visit today! The staff is great and so kind. I was having trouble with my schedule matching the Dr schedule but they made it work. Much appreciated! Love it there see you on the 10th!

I came here with a Russian tortoise that I received for rehabilitation, his nails and beak were horrifically overgrown and I was terrified there was a chance he may not make it. Other vet clinics nearby weren’t treating reptiles, so I was referred to Animal Clinic at New Lenox.
When I made the phone call, the receptionists were incredibly kind and helped me book an appointment quickly. Upon arrival, I was incredibly impressed by their thoroughness in the pre-visit paperwork. It’s rare to see exotic vets look at things from all angles; so I was pleasantly surprised to see questions about husbandry, lighting, diet, and food frequency. The staff is pretty friendly - especially the techs. The prices seem a little expensive compared to what we paid when we lived in Oak Forest. Sometimes wait times seem long, but I understand that each patient is different and needs different amount of care/time.
