Great service and care. Dr.Koen and his assistants are almost always available for every concern about my fur kids. Never have to wait long to schedule an appointment. Great for emergencies as well. Fair, honest, and kind.

My first visit to this vet here in Murphysboro, I would say they were excellent, I made an appointment which was on time, the minute I walked in we was greeted friendly and caring, once we got to see the doctor which only took like 2 minutes to wait which was excellent, I don't like to wait long so that's why I said excellent, but once they got my Sheba for examination they handled her gently gave me a lot of important information, they was very gentle with her and loving. I really think it was a great visit. I will be returning for any future needs I have for the care of my Fur Baby. Great Vet!!!

The receptionist and doctor were very helpful and were able to see my pet on short notice. They are COVID19 prepared and come to your auto to speak with you, take your pet in and out if needed, to give meds and do monetary transactions. They suggest options for care and try to limit costs if you're on a tight budget.
