We worked with Seth and his wife to build our “down sizing” retirement home. This was our second Wausau home and first with Yingling Builders. We have built five homes during our marriage. We were very pleased with the process of working with Seth as our general contractor and with the quality of our home. It was easy to modify a plan to fit our needs and “wants” in our retirement home. We liked the ability to get the shell of our house up and enclosed quickly to avoid materials being out in the weather during the construction process.
