We cannot say enough good things about Scranton Heating and Cooling. Our furnace acted up and died during the worst freezing temperatures, ice, and snow in years. They had our new furnace ordered and replaced quickly even when the icy weather was slowing down if not stopping travel from everywhere. We were offered a good selection of furnaces at different prices and efficiencies and any questions we had were promptly answered so that we could make an informed decision about what was right for us. Hottest day so far this summer. I have a house full of kids, I had just started to fix lunch and things were really heating up. I checked the thermostat it was set on 72, but was 76 in here. A quick look out the door and the fan outside on the heat pump was not working. I changed my lunch plan to just the air fryer and microwave. No oven or stove top. By noon it was up to 78. I called and was told they were busy, but thought they could get a guy here in the afternoon. He was here at 3. Made his way around and thru my handful of kids.
