I was satisfied in every way. I am blessed with good health so I don't often have to seek medical attention. Dr. Cook and all of the staff treated me as if I were the only patient of the day. I am, as always very pleased.
Staff was very nice and caring. Got a wheelchair for husband without us asking for it. Helped us out to our car when we were leaving. NP was very thorough & nice. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again. She did a better exam than the ER doctors did when we were there on Sunday.
I saw Taylor today. I was able to understand and she did a great job of getting done what l needed plus had nurse to washed out my right ear from the ear wax and l am able to hear better after that was done.
