Our first appointment with Dr. Barnes was a success! I am thoroughly impressed by her and all of her staff. They are in it to help, not for the money for sure! They are very patient with our questions, answered all our questions, and very patient with our not so social dog, Coco. Coco layed down almost the whole time we were there (not like her she is usually very anxious). I have never had such a good experience with a vets office in my life. I loved everything about her office from the moment I called to let them know we were there for them to escort us to our room, to the time we left. I love that they ask about a budget for the day because having a dog with chronic issues can get expensive and they get that. I will forever be greatful for this experience!
