I would give negative stars if it would let me. Our experience. 1) Most of the staff has been very nice (with exception of one) but you never see the same person. 2) when you call it takes you to a central line where the person is out of state and doesn't know a thing about you or your providers. Almost impossible to get through to someone in the office. 3) My daughter started Accutane. It's a time sensitive process. She has to come in every 30 days for a pregnancy test. After her first visit they scheduled her 30 days out and told me we couldn't move it a day ahead or behind. If I could give a -star i would. My husband was referred here & it was the most incompetent place ever, they couldn't fill out the paperwork properly for insurance for a prescription approval, not once but multiple times, lack of communication, as there was None! After almost 3 months & 25 phone calls, we are DONE! Go somewhere else, not here!
