“The acupuncture has helped my strained arm and knee when 2 months of medication did very little. I couldn't even do physical therapy. It made everything worse.
The day after I'm usually sore, like after a deep tissue message. Then I feel well enough to do house and yard work.
Every week is more improvement. After 3 weeks I was able to add physical therapy and now, after 4 sessions, I'm almost back to 100% and able to resume most of my physical activities. It's been a blessing.“
