I have the most AMAZING story about this business! We’ve used them for years, but right before the pandemic hit, my husband had brought in a 1970s formal wear jacket that he used for a costume. He loved that ugly old jacket, but he’d gotten a horrible stain on it. He took it in, and they had some difficulty getting it out, so they wanted to keep it and work on it a little longer. Well, the pandemic happened, and a few months ago, my husband said he guessed his jacket was gone forever, because he never went back to get it. After my father passed away unexpectedly, we needed a suit cleaned and pressed with fast turnaround. The Off Broadway folks did a great job, did it quickly, and were very compassionate. We are grateful to them, and we highly recommend them.
Been using these guys for 20 years. They get the job done how I request it. Never had any problems with damaged clothing. Only had a couple items returned that they were unable to remove the stains. Both times they put a tag on it notifying me that was the case. Usually takes about a week to get something done, but if I need it sooner, they work with me. No complaints at all.
