We had Ross and his team install solar panels on our home last fall and I cannot rave enough about how spectacular J&R was throughout this process. They squeezed us in last minute before the new year, were always quick to respond to any questions, and Ross even stopped by our home while on his way to see his family just to check on the panel function. When he identified the problem, he had it fixed the next day. If you have been debating on going solar, I HIGHLY recommend using J&R appliances.

I would give this place a 10 star if possible! I called because my air was out and three other local companies that had looked at it kept saying I had to have an entirely new unit but wouldn't schedule dates to do it. I had no air conditioning from the beginning of July to September due to lightning striking my unit.I reached out to J & R and spoke with the very kind secretary and the next morning the tech called me back. They came out to my home, to see what needed to be done.The technician was very friendly and was very professional. He was shown my unit and an hour and a half later said for me to turn the air on. Drain pump on my samsung washer was going out- tech that came out was lnowlegeable and courteuos, ordered part small wait for part to come in, quick installation. I was very impressed by his leaving the area as he found it-CLEAN. These people know what they are doing!
