Friendly service from staff, and good quality of work. Pricing is not always very transparent, wish they would consistently tell you the price at drop off, but overall the pricing is still fair.

Tide cleaners doles good work, but the main reason I continue to use them is because of Stephanie at Randhurst store. She is wonderful- very efficient and professional, but also so caring and kind to customers. She is a real asset to tide
